You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You may return damaged or faulty products within 7 days of delivery for a replacement product or full refund.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. The Hope & Glory Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to return by Registered post.
You should expect to receive your refund (less any credit card surcharge) within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia and New Zealand. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped overseas.
We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on orders of $500 or more - this will be automatically applied when you checkout.
Otherwise, our delivery fees are:

International AirMail Delivery*
Shipping from Australia** is charged by Zones at a flat rate for every 500 grams.
Zone A - New Zealand
- Up to 500g is $15.00 and $3.00 for every 500 grams above
*The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
**Please note due to strict security regulations of dangerous and restricted items, shipping overseas of some items such as aerosols, fragrances and liquids with high alcohol content may be restricted and cancelled.
Without limiting the operation of other Terms & Conditions therein:
- We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery;
- You acknowledge and agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel your order; and
- We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
